Probao sam da pronadjem na internetu. Za dtd ima puno i tutorijala i primera tako da sam se snasao skroz ali za tei ne mogu. Molim vas posaljite mi bilo kakvo xml i dtd resenje sa koriscenjem tei. Fajl za koji pokusavam da napravim dtd je u prilogu. DTD obican sam vec poceo i to nije nikakav problem, ali ne znam kako da resim tei tagove.
Ovo sam poslao samo kao primer i ne ocekujem da neko uradi zadatak, samo ako neko vec ima neki gotov tei dtd i xml file da pogledam kako to funkcionise.

to evolve is not going to be easily represented by an encoding language
going to be easily represented by an encoding language that only took three
years to write
