Execom d.o.o. is looking for new member of Java Development team
Responsibilities:
Establish strong business relationships and work effectively with senior management and clients
Discover the requirements and accommodate to client’s requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines with optimal solutions
Design, develop and modify modules based on functional and system requirements, by working closely with other team members
Provide architectural guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate business needs to technical people and communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people
willingness to assume responsibility for leading a team
Requirements:
Experienced in Java development, 2+ years
Experienced with some of Java web frameworks and tools
Experienced with build processes and tools
Experienced with source control tools
Experienced with unit and integration testing
Knowledge of Linux is a plus
Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and business areas
